Introduction
Assertgin is an AI-powered, robust and high-speed migration engine designed for ECM and BPM systems and databases. It is integrated with our Assertant AI Agent, which delivers powerful capabilities like intelligent mapping and classification, smart metadata mapping and enrichment, content analysis, anomaly detection, and compliance management.
Assertgin can migrate documents, data, and workflow processes. It features its own mappings, rules and transformation engine. This engine is completely configuration-driven and can be configured and customized to handle very complex migrations efficiently.
Assertgin can perform all types of migration models, whether it’s a big bang migration (all data is migrated in a single, concentrated timeframe), or a trickle migration (phased or continuous), or live/real-time migration.
Assertgin includes a built-in, real-time, fully customizable and configurable dashboard. It delivers advanced features such as details drill-down feature, time-sliders and runtime parameters.
Assertgin also includes a real-time control panel to create, run, monitor and manage migration jobs. The panel provides general statistics for each job, with more detailed information provided on the dashboard. Jobs could be scheduled to run at certain times or periodically, and on-the-fly, reconciliation jobs could also be created, if needed.
Lastly, Assertgin includes a built-in, powerful and fully configurable reporting component, which will be used for reconciliation, item-level audit trails, and validations.

Support for Various Source Systems:
Assertgin can migrate data from any system into Alfresco, having successfully handled migrations from platforms such as Documentum, Oracle UCM, SharePoint, FileNet, and document hierarchies stored locally or in object storage (e.g., S3).

Mapping and Migration of Folder Hierarchies, Metadata Properties, and Security Matrix:
Assertgin is equipped to map source hierarchies to an Alfresco folder structure, translate source metadata properties to an Alfresco Content Model, and adapt source security matrices (permissions, roles, etc.) to Alfresco’s security framework.

Migration of Alfresco Process Services / Activiti Processes:
Assertgin facilitates the migration of processes between different APS/Activiti installations and can upgrade processes from older model versions to the current version within the same installation. It is also capable of migrating processes from other BPM/workflow engines to APS/Activiti.

Technology
Assertgin is a web-based software developed with a microservices architecture, utilizing Java for the backend and React for the frontend. It supports all major databases, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MS SQL, and can be installed on both Linux and Windows systems. Assertgin is available as a Docker image as well as through traditional distribution installations.
Pricing
Assertgin operates on a one-time licensing model, accompanied by an annual support and services agreement. The license fee is determined by the client's size (large, medium, or small). Any requested customizations will be billed on a time and materials (T&M) basis.
